Every once in a while in our line of work we have to really get our creative juices flowing. In the case of this mixed- use complex, the architect had just a rough model, but still had to pitch the design to a potential investor. We settled for a scale model look, along with some cozy lighting and wooden materials to accentuate the volumes. The end result was a success - both for us and the architect.
